COLD HEADED SOLID RIVETS
Champion Rivet Company manufactures cold headed products in a wide variety of sizes and styles. Large diameters and lengths are no problem for our extensive heading department. Our quality large and small diameter cold headed rivets range from 3/16" to 3/4" in diameter and up to 5-1/2" in length. Most steels, including stainless, brass, copper, and aluminum can all be formed to ASTM specifications or per customer print. All of our standard size fasteners are in stock. If not in stock, your standard or special cold headed parts can be manufactured in an timely manner.
SHOULDER RIVET
• Large variety of head shapes and shoulder length are available. (Made to customer print)
FLAT HEAD
• Head Diameter: 1-3/4 times diameter of shank.
• Head Height: 1/2 diameter of shank.
ACORN RIVET
• Head Diameter: 1-1/2 times diameter of shank.
• Head Height: 3/4 times diameter of shank.
• Radius: 75º
BUTTON HEAD
• Head Diameter: 1-3/4 times diameter of shank.
• Head Height: 3/4 times diameter of shank.
• Radius of head: 1/2 times diameter of head.
CONE HEAD
• Least Head Diameter: 15/16 times diameter of shank.
• Greatest Head Diameter: 1-3/4 times diameter of shank.
• Head Height: 7/8 times diameter of shank.
• Total angle is approximately 50º
COUNTERSUNK
• Head Diameter: 1-3/4 times diameter of shank.
• Head Height: 1/2 times diameter of shank.
• 78º standard size.
• Radius of head: 1/2 times diameter of head.
