HOT HEADED SOLID RIVETS
Champion Rivet Company manufactures hot headed products in a wide variety of sizes and styles. Large diameters and lengths are no problem for our extensive heading department. We can manufacture products from 1/8" diameter to 2" diameter and up to 22" in length. Our hot heading department also handles smaller diameter parts with long shafts which cannot be made by conventional cold forming equipment. As with all of our fasteners, many I.F.I. standard sizes are in stock. If not in stock, your standard or special hot headed parts can be manufactured in an expedited manner.
BUTTON HEAD
• Head Diameter: 1-3/4 times diameter of shank.
• Head Height: 3/4 times diameter of shank.
• Radius of head: 1/2 times diameter.
FLAT HEAD
• Head Diameter: 1-3/4 times diameter of shank.
• Head Height: 1/2 diameter of shank.
KNUCKLE PIN
• All knuckle pins are made to A.R.R. M-118 standards.
SPECIALTY RIVETS
• Large variety of head styles. 1/2" minimum diameter lengths of up to 22"
STEEPLE HEAD RIVET
• Head Diameter: 2 times diameter of shank.
• Head Height: 1-1/8 times diameter of shank.
• Total angle of head: approximately 82º
SPECIALTY LARGE PINS & RIVETS
• Pins and Rivets: Up to 2" diameter and 22" in length. (Made to custom prints)
